Updated: Apr 5, 2020
Easter is a fabulous time of year, the birds are singing, the blossom is blooming and we may (or may not) be excited for the promise of summer around the corner.
Easter also brings associations with another kind of joy.... Chocolate..
When you're shopping in your local supermarket minding your own business, looking for toilet roll.. it can be easy to make a wrong turn and BAM... You're down an aisle full of the sweet stuff.
How does that make you feel?
Do you turn on your heels and get out of there pronto before you fall off the diet wagon OR do you carry on, picking up some sweet, sweet offers as you go?
Having a vast range of goodies towering over you can be overwhelming and can lead to feelings of guilt or temptation.
Top tips for shopping:
- Don't shop hungry - have some nourishing food before you go.
- Go with a shopping list and try not to deviate from it
When you learn to eat intuitively you learn to honour your cravings, satisfy hunger and live a guilt free food life.
