  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: Email address, First name and last name, Bank account information in order to pay for products and/or services within the Service, Usage Data When You pay for a product and/or a service via bank transfer, We may ask You to provide information to facilitate this transaction and to verify Your identity. Such information may include, without limitation: Date of birth, Passport or National ID card Bank card statement, Other information linking You to an address.

Your Health & Lifestyle Ltd. does not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this web site, except (1) where You voluntarily choose to give Us Your personal details via email, the contact us form, or the feedback form, or by enquiring about or ordering any of Our services or publications; (2) register for an event; and/or (3), where You subscribe to one of Our newsletters or submit a form.

 

For publications, training and events, the data supplied is only used by Your Health & Lifestyle Ltd. to process and fulfil the order (as it is a contract with Your Health & Lifestyle Ltd.). Data is stored securely and is accessed only by authorised Your Health & Lifestyle Ltd. to process and fulfil the order. After two years, completed orders are deleted.  Data collected is not used for any other purpose than fulfilling the order received. When individuals register for Your Health & Lifestyle Ltd. emails, the data supplied is only used by Us to send specific newsletters, updates and special offers. Newsletters contain information such as nutrition news and updates, education news, new or updated resources, events, courses and training opportunities. Individuals can view and update their information via a link in the newsletter email, as well as unsubscribe at any time. Registration for newsletters is via Mailerlite (click here for their terms of service and privacy policy) data is also processed using Zapier, you can view Zapier's privacy policy here. We do not sell, lease or give any of Your personal information to outside organisations and/or individuals, unless required by law. Data shared is encrypted.

Your Health & Lifestyle Ltd. does not send cookies from this site and only monitors IP addresses of visitors to assess which pages are the most popular. Your IP address is automatically collected when you visit the site because your IP address needs to be recognised by the server. We use your IP address to record general site usage information and browsing preferences, but not to track your individual visit. Your Health & Lifestyle Ltd. does not identify individual users in this sort of research. By using this website and by submitting information to us via this website you give your consent that any your personal data collected by us via this website (e.g. newsletter subscriptions and orders) may be processed by us for the purposes set out in this data privacy policy.

We use involve.me as our platform for interactive content and forms. If You would like Our dietetic consultations to be provided through web-supported platforms (including but not limited to Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and FaceTime) You understand and accept that Internet associated activities are inherently at risk for a breach of personal information. You understand that if You schedule a web-based session that this implies consent and understanding of these risks.
