When you work with me you'll not only gain a professional who uses evidence-based nutrition advice, but you will also gain a teammate and personal cheerleader to support you every step of the way. - 4 x 40 minute consultations online or by telephone  - New clients will receive 1x 60 minute initial consultation + 3x 40 minute reviews) - Email support between sessions - Tailored advice to guide you on your unique journey - Personal nutrition goal and action plan setting - A consultation summary document sent to you after each session to highlight your action plan to support your goals.
